Open access agreements for Switzerland: information for authors

Welcome

Under the terms of BMJ’s open access agreement with a number of CSAL affiliated institutions, corresponding authors* and research institutions are eligible to publish their research open access (with fees covered by the agreement) in BMJ journals from our Standard Collection**.

*Acting as the main contact with BMJ after editorial acceptance.
** Your institution may also have an agreement with us to publish in our Gold OA journals, and this will also be detailed below.

What authors need to know

Article processing charges are covered for original research articles published in the following journals:
- Any BMJ Standard Collection title;
You must be the corresponding author* of the article.
You must be affiliated with one of the 5 universities listed in the drop down below when your article is accepted for publication.
You must clearly state your primary affiliation in the published manuscript.
You must verify your eligibility during submission by selecting your institution or using your email domain.
Open access articles will be published allowing reuse under a CC-BY-NC or CC-BY license**.

**Please check with your administrator for licence details.
